At the same time, Stefanie and Mario are always there for you, offering tips and helping with any questions you may have, so that you feel completely welcome. More freedom than in a hotel, more heart than in a holiday apartment.

Our apartments and suites are spacious and furnished in a cosy, modern Scandi-boho style. You can expect bright living areas, comfortable beds, high-quality materials, plenty of storage space, modern bathrooms and a well-designed sense of space. Each apartment has large windows so that the mountains practically move in with you – and enough space so that families and groups don't get in each other's way.

Yes, that's exactly what makes our apartments so practical and comfortable. All units have a fully equipped kitchen, some have a balcony or terrace and, depending on the category, one or more separate bedrooms. This means everyone has their own space to retreat to, and spending time together feels truly relaxed. Ideal for families, friends and anyone who loves a little extra space.

With us, you can start your day in a relaxed manner with breakfast on site, which is always included. You can enjoy a fine selection of regional products, breakfast classics, fresh baked goods and a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. But even late risers and early mountain adventurers will get their money's worth with Fräulein Nannerl's breakfast box! There are also several restaurants, cafés and supermarkets around Gerlos. This gives you flexibility and the right option at any time of day.

The apartments at Fräulein Nannerl are suitable for very different group sizes depending on their category: the smaller, lovingly designed apartments such as Cool Nannerl #1 are ideal for couples. Families usually opt for the medium-sized apartments with 4–6 beds. For groups or families who are friends, there are spacious units such as the XL apartments or the two-storey Lifestyle apartment, which can accommodate up to around 8–9 people. Overall, the spectrum ranges from cosy 2-person apartments to large retreats for larger travel groups.

Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome here upon request. Just let us know in advance so that we can reserve a suitable apartment for you. You can easily select your dog in the additional services section during the online booking process on our website. Please keep your dog in the apartment during breakfast. We charge €30 per night for your dog.
