Climbing in the Zillertal
Around Gerlos, a world unfolds for climbers that makes every mountain lover’s heart beat faster. The region offers routes for every level, from gentle ascents to challenging via ferratas. A highlight is the Gerlossteinwand alpine via ferrata. This route winds majestically through the mountain landscape and challenges climbers with its dynamic course.

Can you feel the excitement already? High up in the trees at the Gerlos high ropes course, the Flying Fox with 31 stations lets you glide from tree to tree. Riederklamm waterfall & canyoning
The Riederklamm waterfall in Gerlos is a true natural spectacle, where powerful masses of water plunge dramatically into the depths, creating a fine mist that dances in the air. For us, it’s an absolute highlight for anyone who loves climbing. Not far from here, another adventure unfolds: canyoning in the Schwarzach gorge.
